On July 17, 2010, Rose Baker, David Passmore, and Ki Seok Jeon presented a session, "Offshorability of Pennsylvania Jobs: What are the Risks?," at the 2010 Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board Symposium held at the Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center in State College, Pennsylvania. The 58th Annual Economic Outlook Conference at University of Michigan

RSQE ConferenceRose Baker and David Passmore attended the University of Michigan’s 58th Annual Economic Outlook Conference, which took place in Ann Arbor on November 18–19, 2010. The Conference Program included: U.S. Economic Outlook; Analysis of Consumer Attitudes and Confidence; Prospects for Small Business; Monetary and Fiscal Policy; Housing Markets; European Economy; and Economic Outlook and Policy for Michigan and the Midwest. ShaleNETPersonnel from the Workforce Education and Development Initiative conducted nine video interviews with participants in the ShaleNET Marcellus Shale Workforce Forum held on December 6, 2010.
